We do ask that you keep your pet inside or gated when we come around so we can do our job well.

Of course! We would never want to risk your pup getting out. We can even send a video clip your way to ensure you know it’s securely closed.

Rain, Snow or blistering hot! We are there to do your weekly clean-up. We will switch to a monthly pre-pay. If there is severe weather conditions that would impact the effectiveness of our clean-up we would postpone the clean-up but ensure that you get your complete number of cleans for the month.

Payment is monthly in advance

We will take it with us especially for the weekly pickups. During a winter melt/spring clean, we also take the bags with us.

Yes, the most secure you can get. We use “Stripe”, which is the same used by Google pay. 

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by calling our office or sending us an email.

All billing occurs as soon as you are set up for a clean, before services are provided. Setting up automatic payments are possible with a bank account (coming soon) or credit/debit card. Once payment is made, Poo Removers will generate and send you a receipt via email. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

Yes. You can opt out of your plan. The price per services completed would be adjusted to the length of service you have received and the remaining balance would be refunded. Example: if you purchase a 6 month plan and opted out after 3 months. We would calculate the amount of services you received at the 3-month rate and refund the difference. 

No, we have a one time on call service option. It’s a $150 Flat.  (Acreages & Estate homes are subject to custom pricing)

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety, as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. So, we will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management (For weekly and one-time pickups).
