One-time Cleanup Service
(Includes: Spring Clean-Ups, Mid-Winter Melts or any One-off clean-ups)
As snow gives way to thaw, what’s left behind is often less than picturesque. Hidden beneath the frost lies a season’s worth of pet waste—unpleasant, unsightly, and unhygienic.
At every visit, our priority is delivering a meticulous, thorough cleaning with an unwavering standard of care. Due to the volume typically uncovered during first-time or seasonal visits, extended service time is often required.
For this reason, we apply a minimum flat-rate charge of:
$75 Minimum Charge: Includes up to 60 minutes of clean-up.
Additional Time: $1.00 per minute after the first 60 minutes.

We use a timer to track the clean-up time, ensuring you only pay for what’s needed
If extra time is required, we’ll invoice you for the additional cost after the job is complete.
Most one time clean-ups take about 60 minutes. Larger properties, big dogs, long grass or snow can take upwards of 2 to 4 hours on occasion.

Commit to our weekly pet waste removal service throughout the year, and we’ll reward your consistency with complimentary spring cleanups—no extra cost, no hassle.
Please note: An initial one-time deep clean will be required if your yard has not been fully cleared of pet waste within the past week.

A Note for New Clients
Premium Initial Clean-Up Service
If your yard hasn’t been cleared of pet waste in over a week, a one-time Initial Clean-Up is required before beginning weekly maintenance. This ensures your property is thoroughly restored to a pristine, hygienic condition.
Service Details & Pricing
Minimum Charge: $60 – covers the first 60 minutes of cleaning
Extended Time: $1.00 per additional minute thereafter
Duration Estimate: Clean-ups typically fall within the minimum charge. However, larger yards, bigger breeds, dense grass, snow accumulation, or extended neglect may require 2–4 hours.
To ensure precision and fairness, our team uses timers to monitor active cleanup time. You’re only billed for the time required. Any additional time will be automatically charged to the card on file, and you’ll receive a digital receipt upon completion.
What Comes Next: Weekly Service Setup
After your property has been meticulously cleaned, we’ll enroll you in our Weekly Service Program—scheduled based on your area’s designated day.
Seamless Communication
We will send out reminders to our clients so they are in the loop and know when their service time is due.

Morning day of service: Sent at 7:45 AM
Live Update: A real-time “On The Way” message when your technician is en route
Access Made Easy
There’s no need to be home. Simply ensure our team has access to your yard. We’ll handle the rest—secure your gate upon departure and deliver service reliably.
